Heute bin ich in Berlin angekommen. Okay, further in English ;)
This morning at 7.36 I took the direct train from Amersfoort (the Netherlands).
Although it is already September it was 30 degrees celsius when I arrived at Berlin Hbf. I booked a hotel in Berlin Mitte, a 15 minutes walk from the trainstation.
After dropping of my luggage I went back to the opposite of the trainstation for lunch and a drink in a beach chair next to the river Spree. The place is called Bergmann Eventgastronomie which is a pop up venue during summer. A perfect place on a hot day!
It is nice to walk along the river Spree, so I walked back to the hotel and prepared for dinner.
At the Schiffbauerdamm (next to Bahnhof Berlin Friedrichstraße) are a lot of terraces which were pleasantly full because of the beautiful weather.
